基本醃料(淡)

白胡椒粉1/8 小匙
1/2 大匙
芡粉1 小匙

註1﹕以上配方適用300克的肉或海鮮。請依照海鮮的重量自行按比例調整份量。
註2﹕適用於需多次調味菜餚的第一次調味。


Basic marinade (light)
Salt1/4 tsp
Ground white pepper1/8 tsp
Cooking wine1/2 Tbs
Corn starch1 tsb

Note1: This formula is for 2/3 lbs. of meat or seafood. Please adjust it proportionally according to the weight of the seafood.
Note2: Good for the first seasoning of multi-layer seasoned dishes.
