家常醬汁 (Jia-Chang) Home Style Stir Fry Sauce

A 部份 (Part A)
沙拉油 Cooking oil1 大匙 Tbs
蔥(切斜片) Scallion (diagonally sliced)1 支 Stalk
蒜(切片) Garlic (slice)3 瓣 clove
薑(切絲) Ginger (julienned)1 大匙 Tbs
紅辣椒(切片) Red chili pepper (sliced)1/2 大匙 Tbs

B 部份 (Part B)
醬油 Sugar1 大匙 Tbs
糖 Sugar1/2 大匙 Tbs
鹽 Salt1/4 小匙 tsp
酒 Cooking wine1 大匙 Tbs
白醋 Rice Vinegar1 大匙 Tbs
水 Water1 大匙 Tbs
芡粉 Corn starch1 小匙 tsp

做法﹕先炒香A料,加入主材料,將B料攪拌均勻後倒入鍋裡燒煮到汁稍微收乾。

Instructions: Sauté Part A until aromatic; thoroughly mix Part B; add the major ingredient such as beef or chicken and part B; cook until the sauce is thick.
