醬油 Soy sauce1/2 小匙 tsp
糖 Sugar1/2 小匙 tsp
黑胡椒粉 Black pepper1/2 小匙 tsp
魚露 Fish sauce1 大匙 Tbs
辣醬油 Worcestershire sauce1 小匙 tsp
蒜末 Minced garlic1 小匙tsp
紅辣椒末 Minced red chili pepper1 小匙 tsp
洋蔥末 Diced onion1/2 大匙 Tbs
萊姆汁 Lime juice3/4 大匙 Tbs

註﹕以上配方適用350克的肉。請依照肉的重量自行照比例調整份量。
