奶酥餡 Milk Crumble Filling

材料 Ingredients
無鹽奶油 Unsalted butter8 大匙
糖粉 Confectioner Sugar2/3 杯 cup
奶粉 Milk powder1-1/2 杯 cup
鹽 Salt1/4 小匙 tsp
葡萄乾(可免) Raisin (optional)1/4 杯 cup
蛋 Egg1/2 個 ea (28g)

做法﹕
1.先將奶油放在室溫下變軟﹐或是用微波爐加熱8秒使其變軟。糖粉過篩。蛋打散。
2. 將軟奶油和糖粉打到泛白程度﹐再拌入奶粉﹐鹽和葡萄乾,最後加入蛋液用手揉勻。
3. 拌勻後放進冰箱冷藏﹐用剩下的可以放在冷凍庫待下次使用。

PROCEDURE
1. If the butter is not in room temperature, microwave it for 8 seconds to make it soft. Sift the confectioner's sugar. Beat the egg.
2.Whisk the butter with sugar until the color becomes pale. Add the milk powder, salt, raisin and egg then mix to combine.
3.Store the filling in the fridg. If no using right away, store it in the freezer.
