Instructions
1. | Wash the mustard greens. |
2. | Sprinkle salt on every single leaf. Gently massage the leaves until the salt is completely dissolved. Place the mustard greens in a container; cover and store it in the fridge for at least 6 hours. |
3. | Rinse off the salt from the mustard greens the squeeze off the water. |
4. | Cut the mustard greens into small dices. |

1. | 小芥菜沖洗乾淨。 |
2. | 將鹽均勻灑在每一葉,用手輕輕搓揉至鹽完全溶化後裝進盆裡。蓋上蓋子放在冰箱內醃漬至少6個小時。 |
3. | 取出醃好的芥菜,用水沖掉鹽份後擠乾。 |
4. | 將芥菜切成小粒即可使用。 |
