涼拌干絲 Bean Curd Noodle Salad

材料 Ingredients
干絲 Bean curd noodle 1 磅 lb (450g)
芹菜(切絲) Celery (julienned)1/4 磅 lb (113g)
胡蘿蔔(切絲) Carrot (julienned)1/4 磅 lb (113g)
毛豆仁 Soy bean (shelled)1/4 磅 lb (113g)
基本涼拌醬汁 (淡) Light basic dressing 1 份 portion

做法
1.準備基本涼拌醬汁(淡)
2.燒滾2/3鍋的水。放入胡蘿蔔煮1分鐘後放進芹菜和毛豆燙30秒。撈出放在一旁。
3.原鍋放進干絲燙1分鐘,並將干絲攪散。將整鍋倒入濾網濾乾水份。也把胡蘿蔔,芹菜和毛豆放進濾網。
4.所有食菜和基本涼拌醬汁在大碗裡拌勻。等冷卻後加蓋放入冰箱冷藏至少1個小時。

PROCEDURE
1.Prepare the Light Basic Dressing.
2.Boil 2/3 pot of water. Place in the carrot and cook for 1 minute. Add the celery and soy bean; cook for another 30 seconds. Use a strainer to transfer the vegetables to a plate.
3.Add the bean curd noodle's to the same pot and blanch for 1 minute; stir to make the noodles loose. Drain the bean curd noodles, carrot, celery and soy beans in a strainer.
4.Place all the ingredients including the Light Basic Dressing in a big bowl and mix well. Store the bowl in the fridge for at least 1 hour after it cools down.
