Instructions
1. | Cut the back of each prawn open and devein. Pat the prawns dry with paper towels. |
2. | Place the prawns and yam starch in a plastic bag. Shake the bag to coat each prawn with yam starch. |
3. | Set the air fryer to 395°F(200°C) and preheat 5 minutes. Brush oil on both sides of each prawn. Fry the prawns in the air fryer for 4 minutes. Turn each prawn over and continue to fry for 4 minutes. If not using air fryer, deep fry the prawns in 375°F(190°C) oil for 3 minutes. |
4. | While frying the prawns, prepare the Salt & Pepper Sauce.。 |
5. | Place Part A and 1/2 of Part B from the Salt & Pepper Sauce in a heated pan; sauté until aromatic. Add the fried prawns and remaining part B from the Salt & Pepper Sauce; stir until the prawns and the sauce are well mixed. |

5. | 炒鍋燒熱後加入椒鹽拌汁A料和一半的椒鹽拌汁A料爆香。熄火後再加入炸蝦和剩餘的椒鹽拌汁B料拌勻。 |
