咖哩烤羊排 Grilled Lamb Chop with Curry Marinade

材料 Ingredients
小羊排 Rack of Lamb 1-1/2 磅 lb (675g)
噴油 Pam oil 少許 little
咖哩醃料 Curry Marinade 1 份 portion

做法
1.將小羊排順骨頭切開變成帶骨的小片。
2.把咖哩醃料準備好。
3.將羊排用咖哩醃料醃至少2個小時
4. 烤盤燒到非常熱後噴上少許油。
5. 將羊排放上烤盤用中火炙3 分鐘﹐翻面後再用中火炙烤 3 分鐘即可裝盤。這樣的羊排大約是 8 分熟。



PROCEDURE
1.Cut the lamb in between bones into small pieces, each piece with one bone.
2.Prepare the Curry Marinade.
3.Marinate the lamb with the Curry Marinade for at least 2 hours.
4. Heat a grill pan until it is very hot, then spray some Pam oil on the pan.
5. Grill the lamb chop in medium heat for 3 minutes. Turn the lamb and grill in medium heat for another 3 minutes. The lamb is medium done.
