做法:
1. | 番茄洗乾淨﹐在底部用刀劃個大十字。 |
2. | 一小鍋水燒開﹐將番茄放進燙到皮開。 |
3. | 撈出番茄﹐馬上放進一盆冷水。這樣皮就很容易撕開。 |
4. | 切開番茄後用湯匙將籽挖出。 |
PROCEDURE:
1. | Wash the tomato. Score a big cross on its bottom. |
2. | Blanch the tomato in a pot of boiling water until the skin is open. |
3. | Transfer the tomato into a bowl of cold water. You can easily peel the skin now. |
4. | Cut open the tomato and scoop out the seeds. |
