做法
1. | 將生菜逐葉洗乾淨﹐切成 6cm x 6cm 大小。 |
2. | 蠔油醬汁準備好。 |
3. | 鍋內燒熱 2 大匙油﹐放進生菜快炒數下。 |
4. | 加入蠔油醬汁與生菜拌炒﹐見生菜脫生就立刻裝盤。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Wash the lettuce leaf by leaf. Cut the leaves into 2"x2" pieces |
2. | Prepare the Oyster Sauce. |
Heat 2 tbs of oil in a wok. Add the lettuces and stir-fry for several times. | |
Add the Oyster Sauce. Stir-fry the lettuces with the sauce until the lettuces are cooked but still crispy. Thansfer the lettuces and sauce to a plate immediately. |
