蠔油生菜 Iceberg Lettuce in Oyster Sauce

材料 Ingredients
生菜 Iceberg Lettuce 1 棵(小) head(small)
油 Cooking oil2 大匙 Tbs
蠔油醬汁 Oyster Sauce 1 份 Portion

做法
1.將生菜逐葉洗乾淨﹐切成 6cm x 6cm 大小。
2.蠔油醬汁準備好。
3.鍋內燒熱 2 大匙油﹐放進生菜快炒數下。
4.加入蠔油醬汁與生菜拌炒﹐見生菜脫生就立刻裝盤。



PROCEDURE
1.Wash the lettuce leaf by leaf. Cut the leaves into 2"x2" pieces
2.Prepare the Oyster Sauce.
Heat 2 tbs of oil in a wok. Add the lettuces and stir-fry for several times.
Add the Oyster Sauce. Stir-fry the lettuces with the sauce until the lettuces are cooked but still crispy. Thansfer the lettuces and sauce to a plate immediately.
