Dried Bean Curd with Dark Vinegar Dressing

INGREDIENTS
Dried bean curd (sliced) 2/3 lb (300g)
Star anise 1 piece
Dark vinegar dressing 1 Portion
Salt 1/4 tsp

INSTRUCTIONS
1.Boil half a pot of water. Add the dried bean curd and star anise; cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Drain the water and let the bean curd cool down.
2.Prepare Dark Vinegar Dressing.
3.Place the dried bean curd, Dark Vinegar Dressing and salt in a container; cover and shake 50 times. Store the container in a fridge for at least 3 hours. Sever cold.

做法
1.將豆干和八角放入滾水裡用中火煮5分鐘,撈出濾乾放在一旁待涼。
2.準備香醋涼拌汁
3.將豆干,香醋涼拌汁和鹽一起放入保鮮盒;蓋上蓋子搖動50下。放進冰箱冷藏至少3個小時讓其入味。此菜要冷吃。
