Instructions
1. | Prepare the Chinese Satay Sauce, you only need 1/2 portion. |
2. | Boil 2/3 full pot of water then poach ong-choy in the hot water for 30 seconds. Use a strainer to transfer the ong-choy to a plate. |
3. | Quickly mix the ong-choy with the Chinese Satay Sauce and serve immediately. |

2. | 燒開2/3鍋水。放進空心菜燙約30秒後立即用濾網舀出空心菜到盤裡。 |
3. | 將沙茶醬汁與空心菜快速拌勻即可。趁熱食用。 |
