On-Choy with Chinese Satay Sauce

Ingredients
Ong-choy (cut 4cm/1.5" segments)2/3 lb (300g)
Chinese satay sauce1/2 portion

Instructions
1.Prepare the Chinese Satay Sauce, you only need 1/2 portion.
2.Boil 2/3 full pot of water then poach ong-choy in the hot water for 30 seconds. Use a strainer to transfer the ong-choy to a plate.
3.Quickly mix the ong-choy with the Chinese Satay Sauce and serve immediately.

空心菜/雍菜 (切4cm/1.5"小段)2/3 磅 (300克)
沙茶醬汁 1/2

做法
1.準備沙茶醬汁 ,只要1/2份就好了。
2.燒開2/3鍋水。放進空心菜燙約30秒後立即用濾網舀出空心菜到盤裡。
3.將沙茶醬汁與空心菜快速拌勻即可。趁熱食用。
