Braised Tofu in Brown Sauce

Instructions
1. | Prepare the Brown sauce . |
2. | Place 2 tbs. of oil and tofu triangles in a heated non-stick pan; pan-fry over medium heat until they are golden brown on both sides. Press each piece of tofu on a paper towel before being placed in the pan to avoid oil spilling. Set the tofu aside. |
3. | Add 1 tbs. of oil, garlic, scallion (white part), shiitake mushroom and carrot in the same pan; sauté for 30 seconds. |
4. | Add the Brown Sauce and tofu; cook the sauce is reduces to 1/2. Mix in the snow peas and cook for another 2 minutes. |
6. | Stir in the remain scallion green part and serve immediately. |

1. | 準備紅燒醬汁。 |
2. | 將2大匙油和豆腐放進燒熱的不沾平底鍋,用中火將兩面煎黃。豆腐要入鍋前先在紙巾上按一下﹐以免油遇水會濺爆。盛出豆腐備用。 |
3. | 原鍋加入1大匙,蔥白,大蒜﹐香菇和紅蘿蔔炒30秒。 |
4. | 加入紅燒醬汁和豆腐用中火煮到醬汁剩下1/2。拌入荷蘭豆繼續煮2分鐘。 |
5. | 撒上剩餘的蔥綠略拌後裝盤。 |
