Scallion Beef Rolls

Ingredients
Ribeye Beef (thinly sliced)16 slice
Scallion (cut into segments, length=width of beef slice)5 stalk
Teriyaki sauce1-1/2 portion

Instructions
1.Prepare the Teriyaki Sauce.
2.Place 4 slices of beef on a working space. Overlap the edges of each slice to form a big slice. Place 3 scallion segments on the edge of the beef slice and roll from the side with scallion to the other side. Repeat this step for the rest of the 12 beef slices to make 3 more rolls.
3.Marinate the beef rolls with 1/2 of the Teriyaki Sauce in a zip-lock bag for 40 minutes.
4.Heat the pan. Pan-fry the beef rolls without oil over medium-low heat for 3 minutes. Turn the beef rolls 45 degree and pan-fry for another 3 minutes. Repeat the procedure until all four sides of the beef rolls are pan-fried for 3 minutes.
5.Plate the beef rolls; cover with a tin foil and rest for 10 minutes.
6.Cut each roll into 3 equal sections. Place each section on a plate, cut side facing up. Spoon the remaining Teriyaki Sauce over the beef and serve immediately.

做法
1.準備 照燒醬汁
2.將4片牛肉攤開,邊緣連接在一起形成一大片。將3個蔥段放在一邊捲起來。剩餘的12片牛肉也用同樣的做法做成3捲。
3.將牛肉捲放在塑膠袋內用1/2照燒醬汁醃40分鐘。
4.鍋燒熱,將牛肉捲放進鍋內用中小火乾煎3分鐘。將牛肉捲轉45度再煎3分鐘。重複做一直到牛肉捲的四面都煎了3分鐘。
5.煎好的牛肉捲裝盤,蓋上錫箔紙保溫休息10分鐘。
6.將每捲牛肉切成3等份後切口向上排在盤內。淋上剩餘的照燒醬汁後即可食用。
