Instructions
1. | Rinse the pork and remove the remaining hair. |
2. | Prepare the Garlic Soy Sauce. |
3. | Bring a 2/3-full pot of water to a boil. Add the whole piece of pork to the water and cook in high heat until it is done (when you insert a chopstick into the pork, no blood should come out.), approx. 20 minutes. Set the cooked pork aside to cool down. |
4. | Cut the pork into thin slices. Plate the pork and scoop with the Garlic Soy Sauce. Serve cold. |

1. | 把五花肉略為沖洗,皮上的豬毛拔乾淨。 |
2. | 準備好蒜泥醬油。 |
3. | 2/3鍋的水燒滾。放進整塊豬肉煮到筷子插進去後不會有血水跑出來,大約20分鐘。撈出豬肉放在一邊待涼。 |
4. | 豬肉切成薄片擺在盤上,再淋上蒜泥醬油即可。 |
