Boiled Pork with Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
Pork Belly 1 lb (450g)
Garlic Soy Sauce1 portion

Instructions
1.Rinse the pork and remove the remaining hair.
2.Prepare the Garlic Soy Sauce.
3.Bring a 2/3-full pot of water to a boil. Add the whole piece of pork to the water and cook in high heat until it is done (when you insert a chopstick into the pork, no blood should come out.), approx. 20 minutes. Set the cooked pork aside to cool down.
4.Cut the pork into thin slices. Plate the pork and scoop with the Garlic Soy Sauce. Serve cold.

做法
1.把五花肉略為沖洗,皮上的豬毛拔乾淨。
2.準備好蒜泥醬油
3.2/3鍋的水燒滾。放進整塊豬肉煮到筷子插進去後不會有血水跑出來,大約20分鐘。撈出豬肉放在一邊待涼。
4.豬肉切成薄片擺在盤上,再淋上蒜泥醬油即可。
