蠔油芥蘭 Chinese Broccoli with Oyster Sauce

材料 Ingredients
芥蘭菜 Chinese broccoli 1 把 bunch
食用油 Cooking oil1 大匙 Tbs
鹽 Salt1/2 小匙 tsp
蠔油醬汁B料 Oyster sauce part B 1 份 portion

做法
1.芥蘭洗乾淨﹐將頭部較老的部份削皮。
2.準備蠔油醬汁B料
3.燒開2/3鍋水﹐放入油,鹽和芥蘭菜燙煮2分鐘。挾出濾乾放在盤上。
4.將蠔油醬汁放在鍋內煮稠(或放進微波爐加熱30秒)後淋在芥蘭上。也可以將蠔油醬汁放在一旁,食用時再淋上去。



PROCEDURE
1.Wash the Chinese broccoli and peel off the tough part.
2.Prepare the Oyster Sauce Part B .
3.Bring 2/3 pot of water to a boil. Add the oil, salt and Chinese broccoli into the boiling water and cook for 2 minutes. Drain the water and transfer the Chinese broccoli to a serving plate.
4.Cook the Part B from the Oyster Sauce in a small pot until the sauce is thick. Or you can heat the sauce in microwave and stir. Pour the sauce over the Chinese broccoli. You can also put the sauce aside.
