Garlic Chive and Fish Filling

Ingredients
White fish (cut small dices) 1-1/4 lb (563g)
Garlic chive (diced)2/3 lb (300g)
Grated ginger 2 tsp
Ground meat marinade (dark) 1 portion

Instructions
1.Prepare the Ground Meat Marinade (Dark).
5.Place the garlic chive, fish, grated ginger and Dark Ground Meat Marinade in a big bowl. Use several chopsticks to stir the mixture vigorously until all the liquid is absorbed. You can also use a mixer with a flat beater to mix the fish and garlic chive. This recipe will produce approx. 2 lbs. (900g) of filling.

做法
1.準備絞肉醃料(濃)
2.將韭菜,魚肉,薑泥和絞肉醃料放進一個大盆,用多雙筷子用力攪拌到所有液體都被吸收。也可以放進攪拌機用槳狀腳拌勻。此配方大約做出2磅(900克)的餡。
