滷包 Chinese spice pouch 1 包 each 醬油 Soy sauce 1-1/3 杯 cup 鹽 Salt 1 小匙 tsp 冰糖 Crystal sugar 1/3 杯 cup 酒 Cooking wine 1/4 杯 cup 水 Water 6 杯 cup

蔥 Scallion 2 支 Stalk 薑片 Ginger slice 3 大片 Big 大蒜 Garlic 2 瓣 clove 乾辣椒 Dried chili pepper 3 小條 small

做法﹕將所以材料放在一個深鍋內煮滾。
Procedure: Place all the ingredients in a pot and bring the mixture to a boil.
