芹菜鮪魚沙拉 Tuna Celery Salad

材料 Ingredients
罐頭鮪魚 Canned tuna 1 磅 lb (450 g)
水煮蛋 Boiled egg 2 個 ea
紅洋蔥 Red onion1/2 小個 small
洋芹菜 Celery 2 根 stick
鹽 Salt1/2 小匙 tsp
黑胡椒 Black pepper1/2 小匙 tsp
美奶滋 Mayonnaise 1/3 杯 cup

做法
1.罐頭鮪魚水濾乾﹐用叉子弄碎後放在一個濾網上。 芹菜洗乾淨。洋蔥去外皮。芹菜﹐洋蔥和蛋都切成小丁後也放進濾網內。等確定水份都瀝乾後將所有材料倒入一個大盆拌勻。
2.加入鹽﹐胡椒和美乃滋拌勻即可。

1. Drain the canned tuna and use a fork to break the tuna into small pieces. Wash the celery. Dice the celery, red onion and eggs. Put all of them in a colander and wait until all the water has been drained. Transfer them into a big bowl and mix
