紅燒冬瓜 Winter Melon in Brown Sauce

材料 Ingredients
冬瓜 Winter Melon 1-1/2 磅 lb (675g)
薑 Ginger 1 大匙 Tbs
油 Oil 1 大匙 Tbs
紅燒醬汁 Brown sauce 1 份 portion
紅燒冬瓜圖片

做法
1.冬瓜削皮去籽後切成 5cm x 5cm小塊。薑去皮切成細絲。
2.薑紅燒醬汁準備好。
3.鍋中1 大匙油燒熱後加入薑絲用中火爆香﹐再加入冬瓜略炒一下。
4.加入紅燒醬汁。加蓋用中小火燜煮冬瓜到你喜歡的軟度。



PROCEDURE
1. Peel and seed the winter melon. Cut it into 2"x2" pieces. Cut the ginger into fine julienne.
2. Get the Brown sauce ready.
3.Heat 1 tbs oil in a wok. Add the ginger and sauté in medium heat until aromatic. Add the winter melon and stir several times.
4.Add the Brown sauce. Cover the pan and cook in medium-low heat until the winter melon reach desired tenderness.
