做法
1. | 冬瓜削皮去籽後切成 5cm x 5cm小塊。薑去皮切成細絲。 |
2. | 薑紅燒醬汁準備好。 |
3. | 鍋中1 大匙油燒熱後加入薑絲用中火爆香﹐再加入冬瓜略炒一下。 |
4. | 加入紅燒醬汁。加蓋用中小火燜煮冬瓜到你喜歡的軟度。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Peel and seed the winter melon. Cut it into 2"x2" pieces. Cut the ginger into fine julienne. |
2. | Get the Brown sauce ready. |
3. | Heat 1 tbs oil in a wok. Add the ginger and sauté in medium heat until aromatic. Add the winter melon and stir several times. |
4. | Add the Brown sauce. Cover the pan and cook in medium-low heat until the winter melon reach desired tenderness. |
