做法
1. | 將豆芽洗乾淨, 把較長的根部及帶殼的部份摘掉。如果是宴客, 每一根的頭尾都摘除比較好看。韭菜洗乾淨切成 5cm 小段。 |
2. | 熱 2 大匙油﹐加入豆芽翻炒 30 秒。 |
3. | 加入韭菜﹐鹽和胡椒。用大火炒到豆芽脫生及可。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Wash the bean sprouts, pinch off the longer roots and husks. For better looking, you can pinch off the root and husk out of each single bean sprout, but it takes a lot of time. Wash the Chinese chives and cut them into 2 inch segments. |
2. | Heat 2 tbs oil in a wok. Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry for 30 seconds. |
3. | Add the Chinese chives, salt and pepper. Stir-fry in high heat until the bean sprouts are cooked and still crispy. Sever hot. |
