Sautéed A-Choy with Wolfberries

Ingredients
A-choy (cut 5cm/2" segments)1-1/4 lb (565g)
Dried wolfberry (soaked/drained)1 Tbs
Garlic (minced)2 clove
Salt 2/3 tsp
Water1/4 cup
Cooking oil 1 Tbs

Instructions
1.Place A-choy, wolfberry, salt and water in a big bowl.
2.Heat a wok over medium high heat. Add 2 tbs. of oil then pour in the whole bowl of A-choy.
3.Let the A-choy sit and cook for 30 seconds. Sauté until the A-choy is cooked through but still crispy. Serve immediately.

做法
1.將A菜,枸杞,鹽和水放進一個大盆裡。
2.炒鍋用中大火燒熱後加入2大匙油,再倒入整盆A菜。
3. 靜置煮30秒後開始翻炒至A菜脫生,熄火立即盛出A菜裝盤。
