做法﹕
1. | 半鍋水煮沸騰後,將火關小。 |
2. | 拿起一團魚丸,由虎口擠出小丸。 |
3. | 用湯匙將丸子放到鍋中煮到約浮到水面,約15分鐘。水不能是滾的。 |
4. | 將煮好的丸子泡在冰水中。等涼透後,濾乾裝進保鮮袋內,放入冰庫冷凍。 |
PROCEDURE:
1. | Boil half pot of water. Then turn to low heat. |
2. | Place fish paste on your left palm. Loosely close your palm and form a circular opening with your index finger and thumb. Push the fish pasts through the opening and form a small ball. |
3. | Use a spoon to place the balls into the hot water (hot, but not boiling). Cook at low heat until the fish ball is floating above the water (approx. 15 min.). |
4. | Place the cooked fish balls in ice water until they completely cool down. Dry the fish balls and place them in a zip-lock bag. Keep them in a freezer. |
