自製魚丸 Homemade Fish Balls

做法﹕
1.半鍋水煮沸騰後,將火關小。
2.拿起一團魚丸,由虎口擠出小丸。
3.用湯匙將丸子放到鍋中煮到約浮到水面,約15分鐘。水不能是滾的。
4.將煮好的丸子泡在冰水中。等涼透後,濾乾裝進保鮮袋內,放入冰庫冷凍。



PROCEDURE:
1.Boil half pot of water. Then turn to low heat.
2.Place fish paste on your left palm. Loosely close your palm and form a circular opening with your index finger and thumb. Push the fish pasts through the opening and form a small ball.
3.Use a spoon to place the balls into the hot water (hot, but not boiling). Cook at low heat until the fish ball is floating above the water (approx. 15 min.).
4.Place the cooked fish balls in ice water until they completely cool down. Dry the fish balls and place them in a zip-lock bag. Keep them in a freezer.
