做法
1. | 三大匙油燒熱﹐加入個蛋炒熟。將蛋切成細丁。 |
2. | 韭菜洗乾淨切成小粒。 |
3. | 粉絲用水泡軟後剪成 2cm小段。 |
4. | 豆干切成 0.5cm x 0.5cm小丁後和蝦皮一起在剛剛炒蛋的鍋內炒香﹐不要加油。 |
5. | 將所有材料拌勻備用。 |
Procedure
1. | Scramble 4 eggs with 2 tbs OF oil. Mince the eggs. |
2. | Wash and dice the garlic chives. |
3. | Soak the bean threads in water until soft. Cut them into 2cm segments. |
4. | Cut the bean curds into 0.5cm x 0.5cm pieces. Stir-fry the bean curds and shrimp skin in the pan that you just scrambled the eggs until aromatic – don’t add oil. |
5. | Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl until well combined. |
