薑絲小卷 Braised Small Squid with Ginger

材料 Ingredients
小卷 Small squid 15 條 ea
薑 Ginger 6 片 slice
油 Cooking oil 2 大匙 Tbs
紅燒醬汁Brown Sauce 1/2 份 portion
註:配方中的水不要。

做法
1.小卷沖洗乾淨擦乾。薑切成細絲。
2.將紅燒醬汁準備好。
3. 鍋燒熱,加入2大匙油。加入小卷和薑用中火煎2分鐘,中途小卷要翻面。
4. 加入紅燒醬汁繼續煮到小卷熟透。
5. 夾出小卷和薑絲放在盤中,將醬汁經由濾網到在小卷上。



PROCEDURE
1.Clean and dry the squids. Finely julienne the ginger slices.
2.Prepare the Brown Sauce.
3.Heat a wok and add 2 tbs. of oil. Add the squids and ginger and pan fry at medium heat for 2 minutes. Half-way through cooking, turn each squid over.
4. Add the Brown Sauce and continue cooking until the squids are done.
5. Place the squid and ginger on a plate. Pour the sauce over the squid through a strainer.
