做法
| 1. | 小卷沖洗乾淨擦乾。薑切成細絲。 |
| 2. | 將紅燒醬汁準備好。 |
| 3. | 鍋燒熱,加入2大匙油。加入小卷和薑用中火煎2分鐘,中途小卷要翻面。 |
| 4. | 加入紅燒醬汁繼續煮到小卷熟透。 |
| 5. | 夾出小卷和薑絲放在盤中,將醬汁經由濾網到在小卷上。 |

PROCEDURE
| 1. | Clean and dry the squids. Finely julienne the ginger slices. |
| 2. | Prepare the Brown Sauce. |
| 3. | Heat a wok and add 2 tbs. of oil. Add the squids and ginger and pan fry at medium heat for 2 minutes. Half-way through cooking, turn each squid over. |
| 4. | Add the Brown Sauce and continue cooking until the squids are done. |
| 5. | Place the squid and ginger on a plate. Pour the sauce over the squid through a strainer. |
