Wontons in Chili Oil Sauce

Ingredients
Thin wonton wrapper 16 sheet
Meat filling 1/4 portion
Chili oil dressing 1 portion
Minced scallion1 Tbs
Roasted sesame seed1 tsp

Instruction
1.Prepare the Meat Filling and Chili Oil Dressing.
2.Wrap the wontons by following the steps in the pictures below.
3.Boil a 2/3 full pot of water. Add the wontons and cook over medium heat until the wontons are floating.
4.Place the Chili Oil Dressing in a bowl; top with the cooked wontons; then sprinkle with the minced scallion and sesame seeds.

紅油拌醬1
蔥花1 大匙
熟芝麻1 小匙

做法
1.準備鮮肉餡紅油拌醬
2.將餛飩照圖解包好。
3.燒開2/3鍋的水,投入餛飩用中火煮到浮起來。
4.將紅油拌醬放在碗底,放進餛飩,最後再撒上蔥花和芝麻。
