做法
1. | 把秋葵洗乾淨後,頭部切掉。 |
2. | 將蜂蜜味增醬準備好。 |
3. | 炒鍋內燒熱3杯水,倒入秋葵用中火煮到秋葵變熟但還青脆。 |
4. | 將秋葵濾掉水份後裝盤,再淋上蜂蜜味增醬。此菜可冷食或熱食。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Wash and dry the okras. Cut off the top part of each okra. |
2. | Prepare the Honey Miso Dressing. |
3. | Heat 3 cups of water in a wok. Add the okras and cook at medium heat until the okras are done but still crispy. |
4. | Drain the okras and place them on a plate. Pour the Honey Miso Dressing over the okras. This dish can be served hot or cold. |
