咖哩洋蔥肉餡 Curry Onion Meat Filling

材料 Ingredient
豬絞肉 Ground pork1 磅 lb (450g)
洋蔥丁 Diced onion 2 杯 cup
食用油 Cooking oil 4 大匙 Tbs
黃咖哩粉 Yellow curry powder3 大匙 Tbs
鹽 salt 1 小匙tsp
醬油 Soy sauce2 小匙tsp
糖 Sugar 2 大匙Tbs
水 Water1/2 杯 cup
芡粉 Corn starch 1 大匙 cup

做法:
1.將洋蔥去皮切成細丁。
2.鍋燒熱後加入3大匙油。放進洋蔥丁和咖哩粉炒香﹐再加入絞肉炒熟。
3.加入鹽﹐醬油﹐糖和1/2 杯水燒開。繼續用中火翻炒至絞肉都被炒散而醬汁剩下一半。
4.1大匙芡粉加1大匙水調勻後加入鍋內勾芡。盛出待涼後放進冰箱備用。



Procedure:
1.Peel and mince the onion.
2.Heat 3 tbs of oil in a wok. Add the minced onion and curry powders, and sauté until aromatic. Add the ground pork and continue sautéing until the pork is done.
3.Add salt, soy sauce, sugar and 1/2 cup of water in the wok. Bring the mixture to a boil. Turn the heat to medium. Stir-fry until all the ground pork is loose and the sauce is reduced to half.
4. Mix 1 tbs of corn starch with 1 tbs of water. Add the starch to the meat mixture to make the sauce thicken. Set the meat mixture aside until it is complete cool down. Store it in a refrigerator for further use.
