做法:
1. | 將洋蔥去皮切成細丁。 |
2. | 鍋燒熱後加入3大匙油。放進洋蔥丁和咖哩粉炒香﹐再加入絞肉炒熟。 |
3. | 加入鹽﹐醬油﹐糖和1/2 杯水燒開。繼續用中火翻炒至絞肉都被炒散而醬汁剩下一半。 |
4. | 1大匙芡粉加1大匙水調勻後加入鍋內勾芡。盛出待涼後放進冰箱備用。 |
Procedure:
1. | Peel and mince the onion. |
2. | Heat 3 tbs of oil in a wok. Add the minced onion and curry powders, and sauté until aromatic. Add the ground pork and continue sautéing until the pork is done. |
3. | Add salt, soy sauce, sugar and 1/2 cup of water in the wok. Bring the mixture to a boil. Turn the heat to medium. Stir-fry until all the ground pork is loose and the sauce is reduced to half. |
4. | Mix 1 tbs of corn starch with 1 tbs of water. Add the starch to the meat mixture to make the sauce thicken. Set the meat mixture aside until it is complete cool down. Store it in a refrigerator for further use. |
