Danzai Noodle Soup

Ingredients
Cooked oil noodle 1-1/3 lb (600g)
Shrimp (shelled/deveined)8 each
Basic marinade (light)
1 Portion
Garlic chive (cut 2.5cm/2" segments)1/4 lb (113g)
Mung bean sprout 1/4 lb (113g)
Rou-zao1 cup
Soup base for noodles

Instructions
1.Marinate the shrimps with Basic Marinade (Light)
for 10 minutes.
2.Bring a 2/3-full pot of water to a boil. Meanwhile, prepare the Noodle Soup Base in another pot.
3.Once the water is boiling, turn down the heat low; put in the shrimps and cook until they are done. Set the shrimps aside.
4.Blanch the garlic chive and bean sprout in the boiling water for 30 seconds. Take them out of the pot with a strainer.
5.Place the cooked oil noodles in the boiling water; stir until loose. If using a different kind of noodles, please cook them by following the instructions on the package. Divide the noodles into 4 portions and place them in 4 bowls.
6.Add some garlic chive and bean sprouts on top of the noodles; ladle some soup base into the bowl; sprinkle with Rou-Zao and top with two shrimps.

做法
1.蝦子與基本醃料(淡)拌勻醃10分鐘。
2.燒開2/3鍋的水。燒水的同時﹐將麵湯頭在另一個小鍋準備好。
3.等水滾了後轉小火,放進蝦子煮熟。撈出蝦子備用。
4.將韭菜和豆芽放進鍋裡燙熟。撈出濾乾備用。
5.放進油麵川燙攪散。如果是用別種麵,請依照包裝指示將麵煮熟。麵煮熟後份成4份裝進4個碗裡。
6.加適量韭菜和豆芽在麵上面,舀入麵湯頭,淋上肉燥再擺上熟蝦子即可。
