Noodles in a Sesame Sauce

Ingredients
Dried noodle For 1 person
Sesame paste (Tahini)3 Tbs
Soy sauce 2 Tbs
Sesame oil 1 Tbs
Sugar 2 tsp
Taiwanese cabbage (cut into 5cm/2" segments) as desired
Minced scallion as desired

Instructions
1.Boil a 2/3-full pot of water. Cook the noodles by following the package instructions.
2.While cooking the noodles, place the sesame paste, sesame oil, soy sauce and sugar in a bowl; add 2 ladles of the cooking noodle water and mix everything in the bowl well.
3. Transfer the cooked noodles into the bowl on the sauce. Blanch the Taiwanese cabbage in the boiling water for 30 seconds. Take them out of the pot and place them on top of the noodles.
4.Sprinkle the minced scallion on top of the noodles. Mix the sauce with noodles while serving.

乾麵 1人份
麻醬3 大匙
醬油2 大匙
麻油1 大匙
2 小匙
小白菜 (切成5cm/2"小段) 隨意
蔥花 隨意

做法
1.燒開2/3鍋的水﹐然後依照麵條包裝指示將麵煮熟。
2.煮麵的同時﹐在麵碗裡放進麻醬﹐麻油﹐醬油糖。另舀兩杓煮麵水一起拌勻。
3.麵煮熟後撈出放進碗裡醬汁上。將小白菜放進鍋裡燙熟﹐約30秒。撈出小白菜放在麵上。
4.最後撒上蔥花。食用時將麻醬醬汁与麵拌勻。
