做法
1. | 烤箱預熱到400°F (205°C)。 |
2. | 將每顆大蒜頭部切掉一部份(約1cm厚)。 |
3. | 把大蒜放進烤盤。將1小匙鹽均勻灑在每一顆大蒜上。再於每顆大蒜上淋上1/2大匙橄欖油,用手稍微抹一下讓油分佈均勻。 |
4. | 將烤盤用錫箔紙包起來後放進烤箱用400°F (205°C)烤到大蒜變軟,大約30分鐘。 |
5. | 取出大蒜。等到大蒜稍涼之後,將每一瓣大蒜擠出來。 |
Procedure
1. | Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C)。 |
2. | Cut off 0.5" from the top of each garlic head. |
3. | Place the garlic on a baking pan. Evenly sprinkle 1 tsp of salt on the garlic heads. Then drizzle ½ tbs of oil on each garlic head. Use your fingers to spread the oil all over the garlic head. |
4. | Cover the baking pan of garlic with aluminum foil. Bake at to 400°F (205°C) until the garlic is soft (approx. 30 minutes). |
5. | Wait until the garlic cools down. Then, squeeze each garlic clove out of its skin. |
