炒三色丁 Sautéed Three Color Vegetables

材料 Ingredients
新鮮玉米 Fresh corn 3 根 ear
紅蘿蔔丁 Diced carrot 1/2 杯 cup
冷凍青豆 Frozen pea 1/2 杯 cup
食用油 Cooking oil 1 大匙 Tbs
水 Water 1/4 杯 cup
鹽 Salt 1/2 小匙 tsp
白胡椒 White pepper 1/4 小匙 tsp

做法
1.玉米洗乾淨後切下玉米粒。
2.鍋燒熱後加入1大匙油。先放入紅蘿蔔和1/4杯水用中火炒軟。
3.再加玉米粒和鹽繼續用中火翻炒到玉米變熟。
4.最後加入青豆和白胡椒,再拌炒至青豆熱透。

PROCEDURE
1.Clean the corns and cut off the kernels.
2.Add 1 tbs of oil, diced carrot and 1/4 cup of water to a heated wok. Sauté over medium heat until soft.
3.Add the corn kernels and salt. Continue to sauté until the corns are thoroughly cooked.
4.Add the peas and white pepper, and stir until the peas are heated through.
