做法
| 1. | 玉米洗乾淨後切下玉米粒。 |
| 2. | 鍋燒熱後加入1大匙油。先放入紅蘿蔔和1/4杯水用中火炒軟。 |
| 3. | 再加玉米粒和鹽繼續用中火翻炒到玉米變熟。 |
| 4. | 最後加入青豆和白胡椒,再拌炒至青豆熱透。 |

PROCEDURE
| 1. | Clean the corns and cut off the kernels. |
| 2. | Add 1 tbs of oil, diced carrot and 1/4 cup of water to a heated wok. Sauté over medium heat until soft. |
| 3. | Add the corn kernels and salt. Continue to sauté until the corns are thoroughly cooked. |
| 4. | Add the peas and white pepper, and stir until the peas are heated through. |
