做法
1. | 苦瓜洗乾淨後直切成兩半。用湯匙挖掉籽和白色的內膜。把苦瓜切成粗條。 |
2. | 將苦瓜与1/2小匙拌勻。放置15分鐘後將流出的綠汁倒掉。 |
3. | 把苦瓜,酸梅和雪碧汽水放進碗內,加蓋儲放在冰箱內至少6小時,或過夜。 |
4. | 撈出苦瓜和酸梅裝盤即可食用。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Wash the bitter melon and cut it lengthwise in half. Spoon out the seeds and inner white membrane of the bitter melon. Cut the melon into thick strips. |
2. | Mix the melon with ½ tsp of salt. Set it aside for 15 minutes. Drain out the green juice from the melon. |
3. | Put the bitter melon, pickled plums and Sprite in a bowl. Cover and store it in a refrigerator for at least 6 hours or even overnight. |
4. | Place the bitter melon strips and pickled plums on a plate to serve. |
