梅子苦瓜 Bitter Melon in a Plum Soda Dressing

材料 Ingredients
苦瓜 Bitter Melon 1 條 each
酸梅 Dried pickled plum 6 顆 ea
雪碧汽水 Sprite soda 1 罐 can (7.5oz)
鹽 Salt1/2 小匙 tsp

做法
1.苦瓜洗乾淨後直切成兩半。用湯匙挖掉籽和白色的內膜。把苦瓜切成粗條。
2.將苦瓜与1/2小匙拌勻。放置15分鐘後將流出的綠汁倒掉。
3.把苦瓜,酸梅和雪碧汽水放進碗內,加蓋儲放在冰箱內至少6小時,或過夜。
4.撈出苦瓜和酸梅裝盤即可食用。



PROCEDURE
1.Wash the bitter melon and cut it lengthwise in half. Spoon out the seeds and inner white membrane of the bitter melon. Cut the melon into thick strips.
2.Mix the melon with ½ tsp of salt. Set it aside for 15 minutes. Drain out the green juice from the melon.
3.Put the bitter melon, pickled plums and Sprite in a bowl. Cover and store it in a refrigerator for at least 6 hours or even overnight.
4.Place the bitter melon strips and pickled plums on a plate to serve.
