做法
1. | 將小白菜乾淨後切成5cm小段。 |
2. | 燒開2/3鍋的水﹐然後依照麵條包裝指示將麵煮熟。 |
3. | 煮麵的同時﹐將麵湯頭在另一個小鍋準備好。 |
4. | 麵煮熟後撈出放進碗裡。將小白菜放進鍋裡燙熟﹐約 30秒。 |
5. | 將蔥花撒在麵上,再將麵湯頭倒入碗裡。最後再加入燙熟的青菜。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Wash the baby cabbage and cut them into 2” segments. |
2. | Bring a 2/3-full pot of water to a boil. Cook the noodles by following the package instructions. |
3. | Meanwhile, prepare the Soup Base for Noodles in another pot. |
4. | Place the cooked noodles in a bowl. Put the baby cabbage in the boiling water and cook for 30 seconds. |
5. | Sprinkle the minced scallions on top of the noodles. Pour the Noodle Soup Base over the noodles, and add the baby cabbages. |
