陽春麵 Plain Noodle Soup

材料 Ingredients
乾麵 Dried noodle 1人份 For 1 person
小白菜 Baby cabbage 適量 some
蔥花 Minced scallion少許 few
麵湯頭 Soup Base for Noodles
1 份 Portion

註:你可以用任何青菜或加入其它配料到湯裡。
Note:You can use any green vegetables or add other toppings to the soup.

做法
1.將小白菜乾淨後切成5cm小段。
2.燒開2/3鍋的水﹐然後依照麵條包裝指示將麵煮熟。
3.煮麵的同時﹐將麵湯頭在另一個小鍋準備好。
4.麵煮熟後撈出放進碗裡。將小白菜放進鍋裡燙熟﹐約 30秒。
5.將蔥花撒在麵上,再將麵湯頭倒入碗裡。最後再加入燙熟的青菜。



PROCEDURE
1.Wash the baby cabbage and cut them into 2” segments.
2. Bring a 2/3-full pot of water to a boil. Cook the noodles by following the package instructions.
3.Meanwhile, prepare the Soup Base for Noodles in another pot.
4.Place the cooked noodles in a bowl. Put the baby cabbage in the boiling water and cook for 30 seconds.
5.Sprinkle the minced scallions on top of the noodles. Pour the Noodle Soup Base over the noodles, and add the baby cabbages.
