做法
1. | 預熱烤箱到250˚F (120˚C)。 |
2. | 將鹽,糖,八角和水放進一個鍋裡煮滾。等糖和鹽都溶化後加入花生。 |
3. | 熄火。等一分鐘後撈出花生濾乾。 |
4. | 將花生平鋪在烤盤上,放進烤箱烤2個小時。中途要攪動花生一次。等2個小時過去,讓花生留在烤箱裡到涼了以後再取出。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Preheat an oven to 250˚F (120˚C). |
2. | Place the salt, sugar, star anises and water in a pot and bring the mixture to a boil. When the sugar and salt are completely dissolved, add the peanuts. |
3. | Turn the heat off. Wait for 1 minute, then take out and drain the peanuts. |
4. | Spread the peanuts evenly over a baking sheet. Bake the peanuts for 2 hours. Stir the peanuts one time during the baking time. After 2 hours past, turn off the heat and leave the peanuts in the oven until they completely cool down. |
