做法
1. | 將豆腐切成32小塊。 |
2. | 準備椒鹽拌汁,配方中A部份的油省略。 |
3. | 把豆腐和麵粉放進一個塑膠袋。搖動塑膠袋讓每塊豆腐的每個面都沾到麵粉。(註:豆腐也可以不裹粉直接炸,但炸前要先將水份擦掉。) |
4. | 將豆腐用大火 375F (190C) 外表炸酥並呈金黃色後撈出。 |
5. | 將鹽酥拌汁加入炸好的豆腐拌勻即可。趁熱食用。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Cut the tofu into 32 small cubes. |
2. | Prepare the Salt and Pepper Sauce, omit the oil from the Part A in the recipe. |
3. | Mix the tofu cubes with ½ cup of flour in a plastic bag. Shake the bag to cover each tofu cube with flour. (Note: You can deep fry the tofu without flour coating. Use paper towels to wipe out the water of the tofu before frying.) |
4. | Deep-fry the tofu cubes in 375F (190C) heat until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside. |
6. | Mix the fried tofu with the Salt & Pepper Sauce. Serve immediately. |
