韓國泡菜醃料 Korean Kimchi Marinade

材料 A 部份 Ingredients Part A
糯米粉 Glutinous rice flour 1 大匙 Tbs
水 Water1/2 杯 cup
材料 B 部份 Ingredients Part B
紅辣椒粉 Red pepper powder 4 大匙 Tbs
糖 Sugar1 大匙 Tbs
魚露 Fish sauce 3 大匙 Tbs
鹽 Salt 1/2 大匙 Tbs
薑末 Minced Ginger1/2 大匙 Tps
蒜末 Minced ginger2 大匙 Tbs
材料 C 部份 Ingredients Part C (隨意 As desired)
蘋果泥 Apple puree2 大匙 Tbs
洋蔥泥 Onion puree2 大匙 Tbs
韭菜段 Garlic chive segment1/4 杯 cup
蔥段 Scallion segment 1/4 杯 cup
洋蔥絲 Shredded onion 1/4 杯 cup
綠辣椒粒 Diced green chili pepper 1 大匙 Tbs
熟白芝麻 Roasted white sesame seed 2 大匙 Tbs
韓國泡菜醃料

做法: 把A部份的糯米粉和水調勻後用中火煮成黏稠狀。熄火再加入其它所有材料拌勻即可。



METHOD: Mix the glutinous rice flour with the water (Part A) in a pot and cook at medium heat until the mixture becomes dense and sticky. Turn off the heat. Mix in all other ingredients and blend well.
