韓國泡菜醃料 Korean Kimchi Marinade
材料 A 部份 Ingredients Part A
糯米粉 Glutinous rice flour | 1 | 大匙 Tbs |
水 Water | 1/2 | 杯 cup |
材料 B 部份 Ingredients Part B
紅辣椒粉 Red pepper powder | 4 | 大匙 Tbs |
糖 Sugar | 1 | 大匙 Tbs |
魚露 Fish sauce | 3 | 大匙 Tbs |
鹽 Salt | 1/2 | 大匙 Tbs |
薑末 Minced Ginger | 1/2 | 大匙 Tps |
蒜末 Minced ginger | 2 | 大匙 Tbs | 材料 C 部份 Ingredients Part C (隨意 As desired)
蘋果泥 Apple puree | 2 | 大匙 Tbs |
洋蔥泥 Onion puree | 2 | 大匙 Tbs |
韭菜段 Garlic chive segment | 1/4 | 杯 cup |
蔥段 Scallion segment | 1/4 | 杯 cup |
洋蔥絲 Shredded onion | 1/4 | 杯 cup |
綠辣椒粒 Diced green chili pepper | 1 | 大匙 Tbs |
熟白芝麻 Roasted white sesame seed | 2 | 大匙 Tbs |

做法: 把A部份的糯米粉和水調勻後用中火煮成黏稠狀。熄火再加入其它所有材料拌勻即可。
METHOD: Mix the glutinous rice flour with the water (Part A) in a pot and cook at medium heat until the mixture becomes dense and sticky. Turn off the heat. Mix in all other ingredients and blend well.
