韓式烤小牛排 SoGalBi (Korean BBQ Short Rib)

材料 Ingredients
韓式小牛排 Korean style short rib 16 條 slice
韓國烤肉醃料 Korean BBQ Marinade 1 份 portion

做法
1.把小牛排泡在水裡,水要蓋過牛肉。放進冰箱內等1小時後拿出。將血水倒掉後再用水沖洗牛排3分鐘。重複此步驟2次。
2.準備韓國烤肉醃料。
3.將小牛排濾乾,再与韓國烤肉醃料A部份混勻後靜置於冰箱內1個小時。
4.把小牛排与韓國烤肉醃料B部份拌勻後加蓋放進冰箱至少6個小時 (最好是醃上1天)。
5.將小牛排烤到你喜歡的熟度即可。



PROCEDURE
1.Soak the ribs in a bowl of water, and the water must cover the ribs. Store the ribs with water in a fridge for 1 hour. Take out the ribs, pour out the blood water, then rinse the ribs under running water for 3 minutes. Repeat this step for 2 more times.
2.Prepare the Korean BBQ Marinade.
3.Mix the ribs with the Part A from the Korean BBQ Marinade recipe. Store the ribs in the fridge for 1 hour.
4.Marinate the ribs with the Part B from the Korean BBQ Marinade recipe. Cover the ribs and store them in the fridge for at least 6 hours (prefer 1 day).
5.Grill the marinated ribs on a heated grill pan.
