應子番茄 Tomatoes with Preserved Prunes

材料 Ingredients

小番茄 Cherry tomato	20	顆 ea (大 large)
化核應子 Coreless preserved prune	5	個 ea

做法

1.	每一個化核應子切成4小塊。
2.	小番茄去蒂，洗乾淨後擦乾。每個番茄從中間切一刀到番茄一半處。
3.	把一小塊化核應子鑲入番茄開口處。重複此步驟直到每個番茄都鑲有應子。

PROCEDURE

1.	Cut each preserved prune into 4 equal pieces.
2.	Remove the stem of each tomato. Wash and dry the tomatoes. Make a slit on the center of each tomato, deep to the middle of the tomato.
3.	Stuff one piece of the preserved prune in the slit of a tomato. Repeat this step for the rest of the tomatoes.
