Blanched Tong-Hao with Fried Shallot Oil Sauce

Ingredients
Tong-Hao (chrysanthemum leaf) (cut into 5cm/2" segments)1 lb (450g)
Fried shallot oil sauce 1 portion
紅蔥油燙茼蒿圖片

Instructions
1.Boil a 2/3 full pot of water.
2.While boiling the water, prepare the Fried Shallot Oil Sauce .
3.Blanch the Tong-Hao in the boiling water. Plate the Tong-Hao and mix it with the Fried Shallot Oil Sauce.

茼蒿(切 5cm/2"小段) 1 磅 (450g)
紅蔥油醬汁 1 份 portion
紅蔥油燙茼蒿圖片

做法
1.燒滾2/3鍋的水。
2.燒水的同時,在另一個鍋子準備紅蔥油醬汁
3.把茼蒿在滾水裡燙熟。夾出茼蒿到盤裡與紅蔥油醬汁拌勻即可。
