做法﹕
1. | 嫩豆腐切成6等塊。抱子甘藍洗乾淨後切掉頭部,剝去外層1-2葉後每顆切成對半。 |
2. | 燒滾柴魚麵湯頭。放進豆腐用中小火燉煮15分鐘。 |
3. | 加入抱子甘藍繼續用中小火煮5分鐘或煮到抱子甘藍達到你喜歡的軟度。 |
4. | 將豆腐和抱子甘藍裝盤,淋上三湯勺的湯汁,最後再撒上柴魚屑。 |
PROCEDURE:
1. | Cut the tofu into 6 equal pieces. Rinse the Brussels sprouts and take off the tip of their stems. Remove couple outer leaves of each Brussels sprout. |
2. | Boil the Bonito Soup Base for Noodles. Add the tofu and cook in medium-low heat for 15 minutes. |
3. | Add the Brussels sprouts and continue cooking for another 5 minutes or until the Brussels sprouts reach the desired tenderness. |
4. | Transfer the tofu and Brussels sprouts to a deep plate. Pour 3 ladles of the soup over the dish and sprinkle with the bonito flakes. |
