抱子甘藍燴豆腐 Braised Brussels Sprouts with Tofu

材料 Ingredients
嫩豆腐 Silk Tofu 1 盒 pack
抱子甘藍Brussels Sprout 10 顆 ea
柴魚麵湯頭 Bonito Soup Base for Noodles 4 杯 cup
柴魚屑 Bonito flake1 大匙 Tbs

做法﹕
1.嫩豆腐切成6等塊。抱子甘藍洗乾淨後切掉頭部,剝去外層1-2葉後每顆切成對半。
2.燒滾柴魚麵湯頭。放進豆腐用中小火燉煮15分鐘。
3.加入抱子甘藍繼續用中小火煮5分鐘或煮到抱子甘藍達到你喜歡的軟度。
4.將豆腐和抱子甘藍裝盤,淋上三湯勺的湯汁,最後再撒上柴魚屑。



PROCEDURE:
1.Cut the tofu into 6 equal pieces. Rinse the Brussels sprouts and take off the tip of their stems. Remove couple outer leaves of each Brussels sprout.
2.Boil the Bonito Soup Base for Noodles. Add the tofu and cook in medium-low heat for 15 minutes.
3.Add the Brussels sprouts and continue cooking for another 5 minutes or until the Brussels sprouts reach the desired tenderness.
4.Transfer the tofu and Brussels sprouts to a deep plate. Pour 3 ladles of the soup over the dish and sprinkle with the bonito flakes.
