Katsudon (Pork Cutlet Over Rice)

Ingredients
Tonkatsu (Japanese fried pork cutlet)1 piece
Japanese onion egg sauce1/3 portion
Warm cooked rice for 1 person

Note: This recipe is for one person.

Instructions
1.Prepare the Tonkatsu and Japanese Onion Egg Sauce.
2.Boil the part A from the Japan Onion Egg Sauce in a pan. Cook over medium-low heat until the onion is soft. In the meantime, cut the pork cutlet into 2cm/0.75" wide strips.
3.Place the warm rice in a donburi bowl; top with the cooked onion.
4.Add the pork cutlet to the pan; pour the beaten egg over the pork; cook until the egg is 50% done. Turn off the heat; add the scallions; cover and wait for 1 minute.
5.Place the pork cutlet with sauce over the rice.

做法
1.準備日式炸豬排日式蔥蛋汁
2.把日式蔥蛋汁A料入鍋內煮開後繼續用中小火煮到洋蔥變軟。煮的同時把豬排切成2cm/0.75"寬長條。
3.熱飯裝在一個大碗裡,再將煮軟的洋蔥夾到碗裡。
4.豬排放進鍋裡,均勻地將蛋液攤在豬排上,繼續煮到蛋半熟即關火。加入蔥段後蓋上鍋蓋再燜1分鐘。
5.將豬排連同醬汁蓋在飯上即可。
