做法
1. | 綠茶依照你的習慣泡好後放在一旁降溫。 |
2. | 用叉子將鹽燒鮭魚弄碎。 |
3. | 飯盛進碗裡,撒上海苔香鬆,再將鮭魚,鮭魚卵和山葵醬堆在上面。 倒進綠茶和醬油,最後再撒上蔥花和紫蘇碎。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Follow your preference to brew the green tea. Set it aside to cool down a little. |
2. | Use a fork to break the salmon into small pieces. |
3. | Place the rice in a bowl, sprinkle with furikake then top with salmon flakes, salmon roes and wasabi. Pour the green tea over the rice and add the soy sauce. At last add the minced scallion and chopped shiso. |
