鮭魚茶漬飯 Salmon Ochazuke (Salmon Rice in Tea)

材料 Ingredients
熱白飯 Hot cooked rice 2/3 飯碗 rice bowl
溫綠茶 Warm green tea 2/3 飯碗 rice bowl
海苔香鬆 Furikake (Rice seasoning) 1 大匙
鹽燒鮭魚 Shiojake (Japanese Salted Salmon) 1 小塊 small pc
鮭魚卵 Salmon roe1 大匙
蔥花 Minced scallion 1/2 大匙
紫蘇葉(切碎) Shiso leaf (chopped)1/2 大匙
淡色醬油 Light soy sauce1/2 小匙 tsp
山葵醬 Wasabi 1/4 小匙 tsp

Note: This recipe is for one person. The ingredients shown on photos below are for 4 people.

做法
1.綠茶依照你的習慣泡好後放在一旁降溫。
2.用叉子將鹽燒鮭魚弄碎。
3.飯盛進碗裡,撒上海苔香鬆,再將鮭魚,鮭魚卵和山葵醬堆在上面。 倒進綠茶和醬油,最後再撒上蔥花和紫蘇碎。

PROCEDURE
1.Follow your preference to brew the green tea. Set it aside to cool down a little.
2.Use a fork to break the salmon into small pieces.
3.Place the rice in a bowl, sprinkle with furikake then top with salmon flakes, salmon roes and wasabi. Pour the green tea over the rice and add the soy sauce. At last add the minced scallion and chopped shiso.
