做法
1. | 絲瓜削皮後切成3cm x 5cm小塊。將金針菇底部切掉﹐略為沖洗一下。薑片切成細絲。 |
2. | 炒鍋燒熱後加入1大匙油。加入薑絲煎香。 |
3. | 加入絲瓜,金針菇,水和鹽後略為拌炒。蓋上鍋蓋用中小火燜煮2分鐘,或煮到你喜歡絲瓜的軟度。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Peel the angled loofahs and cut them into 1"x2" chunks. Cut off the bottom of the enoki mushrooms and wash them roughly. Cut the ginger into thin strips. |
2. | Add 1 Tbs. of oil to a heated wok. Add the ginger and sauté until aromatic. |
3. | Add the angled loofahs, enoki mushrooms, water and salt to the wok and stir several times. Cover and simmer at medium-low heat for 2 minutes, or until the loofahs reach the desired tenderness. |
