1. | 將所有食菜都切成細絲。 |
2. | 鍋燒熱後加入1 大匙油。 倒入胡蘿蔔絲,和筍絲用中火炒1分鐘。再加入香菇絲,青椒絲﹐蔥絲,薑絲﹐鹽和糖快炒1分鐘。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Cut the bamboo shoot, carrot, green pepper and shitake mushrooms into fine strips. |
2. | Add 1 tbs. of oil in a heated wok. Add the carrot and bamboo shoot strips and sauté in medium heat for 1 minute. Add the mushroom, green pepper, scallion, ginger, salt and sugar and sauté for another minute. |
