素炒四絲 Stir-fried Four Vegetables

材料 Ingredients
青椒絲 Green pepper strips1 杯 cup
胡蘿蔔絲 Carrot strips1/2 杯 cup
筍絲 Bamboo shoot strips1 杯 cup
新鮮香菇絲 Fresh shitake mushroom strips1/4 杯 cup
蔥段 Scallison segment2 大匙 Tbs
薑絲 Ginger strips1 大匙 Tbs
油 Oil 1 大匙 Tbs
鹽 Salt1/2 小匙 tsp
糖 Sugar1 小匙 tsp
素炒四絲圖片

做法
1.將所有食菜都切成細絲。
2.鍋燒熱後加入1 大匙油。 倒入胡蘿蔔絲,和筍絲用中火炒1分鐘。再加入香菇絲,青椒絲﹐蔥絲,薑絲﹐鹽和糖快炒1分鐘。



PROCEDURE
1.Cut the bamboo shoot, carrot, green pepper and shitake mushrooms into fine strips.
2.Add 1 tbs. of oil in a heated wok. Add the carrot and bamboo shoot strips and sauté in medium heat for 1 minute. Add the mushroom, green pepper, scallion, ginger, salt and sugar and sauté for another minute.
