Instructions
1. | Devein and rinse the shrimps - make sure that all the mucus on the body are gone. Pat dry the shrimps with paper towels then cut them into dices. Wash the yellow chives and cut them into 1 cm segments. |
2. | Prepare the Ground Meat Marinade (Dark). |
3. | Place the ground pork, shrimps and the Ground Meat Marinade (Dark) in a mixing bowl. Use several chopsticks to stir the mixture vigorously until all the liquid is absorbed. You can also use a mixer with a flat beater to do so. |
4. | Blend in the yellow chives. This recipe will produce approx. 2 lbs. (900g) of filling. |

1. | 將蝦抽掉砂腸,用水沖洗所有的黏液後用紙巾擦乾。每隻蝦切成小粒。韭黃洗乾淨後切成1cm小段。 |
2. | 準備絞肉醃料(濃)。 |
3. | 把絞肉,蝦仁和絞肉醃料放進一個大盆,用多雙筷子用力攪拌到所有液體都被吸收。也可以放進攪拌機用槳狀腳拌勻。 |
4. | 最後加入韭黃攪拌均勻。此配方大約做出2磅(900克)的餡。 |
