做法
1. | Rinse the Suan Cai under running water to wash off the salt. Shred or chop the Suan Cai based on the recipe. |
2. | Add 2 tbs. of oil, minced garlic and chili pepper in a heated pan. Sauté until aromatic. |
3. | Stir in the Suan Cai and 2 tsp. of sugar. Continue to sauté until most of the liquid has evaporated. Mix in sesame oil. |

1. | 整顆酸菜放在水龍頭下沖洗,將鹽份全部洗淨,再依照需要切碎或切成絲。 |
2. | 炒鍋燒熱後加入2大匙油,大蒜和紅辣椒爆香。 |
3. | 加入酸菜,2小匙糖用中火翻炒炒至水份收乾,再加入麻油拌勻。 |
