Sautéed Suan Cai
(Chinese Sauerkraut)

Ingredients
Suan cai1 lb (450g)
Garlic (minced)3 clove
Red chili pepper (minced)1 large
Cooking oil2 Tbs
Sugar2 tsp
Sesame oil1/4 tsp

做法
1.Rinse the Suan Cai under running water to wash off the salt. Shred or chop the Suan Cai based on the recipe.
2.Add 2 tbs. of oil, minced garlic and chili pepper in a heated pan. Sauté until aromatic.
3.Stir in the Suan Cai and 2 tsp. of sugar. Continue to sauté until most of the liquid has evaporated. Mix in sesame oil.

酸菜1 磅 (450克)
大蒜 (切碎)3
紅辣椒 (切碎)1 支(大)
食用油2 大匙
2 小匙
麻油1/4 小匙

做法
1.整顆酸菜放在水龍頭下沖洗,將鹽份全部洗淨,再依照需要切碎或切成絲。
2.炒鍋燒熱後加入2大匙油,大蒜和紅辣椒爆香。
3.加入酸菜,2小匙糖用中火翻炒炒至水份收乾,再加入麻油拌勻。
