做法﹕
1. | 鍋燒熱後加入1/4杯芥花油和洋蔥用中火炒到洋蔥變透明。再加入大蒜炒香。最後倒進義大利黑醋,蜂蜜,芥末醬,辣椒醬,鹽和黑胡椒拌勻。熄火讓其冷卻。 |
2. | 將烤彩椒和(1)項材料用食物處理機或果汁機打到無顆粒而且油呈乳化狀。 |
PROCEDURE:
1. | Add the diced onion and ¼ cup of oil to a preheated pan and sauté in medium heat until the onion is translucent. Stir in the garlic and sauté until aromatic. Mix the balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, chipotle paste, salt and black pepper. Turn off the heat and let the mixture cools down. |
2. | Add the above mixture and the roasted peppers in a food processor or blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth and the oil is emulsified. |
