做法
1. | 將越南粉湯頭煮滾,加入適當鹽調味。之前与越南粉湯頭一起煮的牛腩拿出來切成薄片。 |
2. | 燒開2/3鍋的水﹐然後依照粿條包裝指示將粿條煮熟。 |
3. | 粿條煮熟後撈出放進碗裡。將牛肉湯舀入碗裡,再將牛腩片,豆芽,九層塔,香菜,辣椒粒和萊姆擺在麵上。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Boil the Pho Soup Base. Add some salt to your taste. Thinly slice the beef brisket which was cooked with the Pho Soup Base earlier. |
2. | Bring a 2/3-full pot of water to a boil. Cook the rice sticks by following the package instructions. |
3. | Place the cooked rice noodles in a bowl. Ladle the soup in the bowl. Top the noodles with sliced beef, bean sprouts, Thai basils, cilantro, diced chili pepper and lime. |
