越南牛肉粉 Pho Bo (Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup)

材料 Ingredients
粿條 Rice Stick 1人份 For 1 person
越南粉湯頭 Pho Soup Base 1人份 For 1 person
鹽 Salt適量 some
熟牛腩 Cooked beef brisket 適量 some
綠豆芽 Mung bean sprout適量 some
九層塔 Thai basil少許 few
香菜 Cilantro 少許 few
青辣椒 Green chili pepper 少許 few
萊姆 Lime 1 片 wedge

做法
1.將越南粉湯頭煮滾,加入適當鹽調味。之前与越南粉湯頭一起煮的牛腩拿出來切成薄片。
2.燒開2/3鍋的水﹐然後依照粿條包裝指示將粿條煮熟。
3.粿條煮熟後撈出放進碗裡。將牛肉湯舀入碗裡,再將牛腩片,豆芽,九層塔,香菜,辣椒粒和萊姆擺在麵上。



PROCEDURE
1.Boil the Pho Soup Base. Add some salt to your taste. Thinly slice the beef brisket which was cooked with the Pho Soup Base earlier.
2. Bring a 2/3-full pot of water to a boil. Cook the rice sticks by following the package instructions.
3.Place the cooked rice noodles in a bowl. Ladle the soup in the bowl. Top the noodles with sliced beef, bean sprouts, Thai basils, cilantro, diced chili pepper and lime.
